RECRUITMENT PROCESSING

At the end of this section there is a link to our membership form. Please fill it out completely and submit it. You will hear from our recruiter after this with further instructions

1) Read our Code Of Conduct. You must be willing and able to abide by this.

2) Fill out our Membership form, our recruiter will then give you further instructions

3) If you haven't done so, please read our Rules of the message board and Teamspeak.

It is MANDATORY that you be able to use TeamSpeak voice communication software. If you are unfamiliar with this software, we will gladly help you get it set up.

4) Await further instructions from our recruiter regarding clan tag application and clan information.

5) Play on our server as often as you like. Don't be shy - help us get to know you. Whenever possible, play on the team with the largest number of AAA members so we can see how well you work with us. We also encourage you to post something about yourself on our Forum in the GENERAL INFO section.

6) After a minimum of 1 month as a recruit, we will decide if we wish to extend a formal invitation to you to join the AAA and will advise you of our decision.

7) If you wish to accept our invitation, you will be asked to make your first server contribution. After Viper receives your dues you will then be added to the AAA roster. Some people send in enough to pay for a year or more, while a few pay monthly. However you handle your server dues is your choice. Just make sure you have enough money in your account to cover your part of the monthly fee. Refusal to make ANY contribution will be considered a declination of our membership offer. *

* A NOTE ABOUT SERVER PAYMENTS

Our server costs money to lease. Our server is our online home, but this home requires money to maintain. We ask that all members contribute equally to the fund to pay for the monthly lease on the server. Currently, this contribution comes to approximately $3.50 per person, per month. As our ranks shrink or grow, this charge may change slightly.

If at some time you are unable to pay your Monthly Server payment, it may still be possible to maintain your status as a member of the AAA. All we ask is that you pay what you can, as often as you can. If you lose your job or have a family emergency and can't pay for a month or two, that's fine - as long as you have contributed in the past and are still in good standing with us. However, we can no longer accept freeloaders. Everyone must carry their share of the burden if they wish to be a part of the AAA. You can also take an extended leave of absence if money will be tight for a long time. Make sure you let us know.
