We consider the Allied Airborne Army community a safe haven for mature gamers. We expect our members to have class, be mature, respectful, honorable, loyal, and of course, have a good sense of humor. We are all here to have fun, but this should not come at the expense of others.

FUN: We are here to have fun. The rules herein are meant only to ensure that all members of the AAA and our guests will enjoy themselves while visiting the AAA community. Rules will be established and enforced with that end in mind.

CHEATING: Absolutely NO cheating of any kind will be tolerated. Anyone caught cheating will be kicked out of AAA and banned from all of our servers for life. We value good, honest game play. The AAA image is very important to us, so do NOT tarnish it. No “testing” of Cheats or Hacks is allowed either...period. If you feel the need to test any of these types of programs, don’t join AAA. We value AAA's reputation, and so should you. Do not compromise our reputation.

MATURITY: Players must be at least 20 years of age to join AAA. Exceptions may be made for a player if a current AAA member in good standing will vouch for them. Exceptions may also be made for players that have regularly proven their maturity and good character by their actions on our servers and forum. Any exception to the age limit will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All members, regardless of age should behave in a reasonably mature manner.

ATTITUDE: We play as a TEAM. Individualists and egomaniacs need not apply. Skill level is not the determining factor for getting into the AAA. We seek out people who represent the best attitude, camaraderie, and CHARACTER while playing Call of Duty, or any other game that we play. Although a class individual with a good skill level would be a bonus.

RESPECT: AAA members should treat all fellow members, with respect, regardless of rank or position. AAA members should treat our Public players in a respectful manner also. If a public player acts in a disrespectful way towards our members or our other guests, they should be warned, then kicked or banned as needed. There is no need to get into any fights. We have the ultimate control over the situation. Just get rid of the troublemaker.

LOYALTY: You cannot be on more than one team. If you want to stay in AAA, you should not be in any other clan. If you are discovered to be in another clan while in AAA, you will be kicked out of AAA. If you are discovered making disparaging remarks about AAA or one of its members, that will be considered grounds for expulsion from AAA. It’s about loyalty.

IMAGE: Each AAA member should behave in a manner that will not reflect badly upon or damage the reputation of the Allied Airborne Army or its members. Whether on our servers or someone else’s, be respectful.

LANGUAGE: On Teamspeak profanity is not expressly prohibited; however, excessive use of vulgarity or offensive language is not permitted when such language is deemed offensive or abusive by other members. Racist comments will never be tolerated. Absolutely no profanity should be typed in the game. It makes us look silly and juvenile.

ACTIVITY: Members are not required to maintain any specific amount of activity within AAA; however, active members will be given priority over inactive members. Also if you are out of contact for more than 30 days you will be considered MIA. If you are out of contact for more than 2 months we will assume you no longer wish to be a member. We will attempt to contact you by email after you are MIA for longer than 2 months. If you don't respond, you will be dropped from our roster. If you need a leave of absence, please post in the LIBERTY section on the forum. This will help avoid confusion.

COMMUNICATION: Communication is critical to the coordination and execution of squad level tactics. You will need Teamspeak to communicate with the rest of AAA. All members are expected to maintain contact with AAA through Teamspeak or the forum on a regular basis. We also have an area for AAA members to exchange their names for many of the communication programs used. Xfire, Skype, AIM, & MS Messenger are a few examples. See our communication rules below.

COMMUNICATION RULES

Rules for use of the AAA Teamspeak channels:

Teamspeak is required in order to be a part of the AAA.

1) The AAA Teamspeak channels are for use by AAA members only. Do not give IP's or passwords to anyone without permission from an AAA officer.

2) Non-game related discussions should be moved to a separate channel or a "whisper key" assigned so as not to disturb those who are engaged in the game.

3) The primary purpose of Teamspeak is to allow us to coordinate and facilitate tactics during the game. While "chatter" is not forbidden (except during matches) please be respectful of the others on the channel and keep the level of "chatter" down to an appropriate level. Do not constantly whine and complain about things on the Main channel. People that continue to clutter the Main channel will be moved out of it. If the same people continue to ignore the warnings, at some point you will be asked to leave. This should NOT even be an issue. Show some respect for your fellow AAA members and don’t whine on the Main channel.

4) If you find it difficult to control your outbursts on Teamspeak, try switching to “push to talk” instead of voice activation.

Rules for use of the AAA Forum:

1) Do not post anything in the PUBLIC ACCESS section that would be inappropriate for the general public to see. These forums should be used for discussions not related to the AAA. Keep it PG rated please.

2) All posts must comply with the AAA Code of Conduct. Once again please be respectful of other AAA members when posting or using avatars, sigs, and other pictures. This is not any one person's forum. It is a community forum, and as such, the content reflects on all of us. We don’t want to censor anyone, but we also don’t want our members to feel like they don’t want to read our forum because of some of the content. Sometimes a post may be locked or possibly even deleted. This is always done with the greater good of AAA in mind, never because of anyone’s personal agenda. Politics and religion are topics that usually get heated. That is why we have them in a separate area of the forum. We also have an Adult Content section (R rated content…no porn). Full AAA members can only gain access to these areas if they choose to join them. Details for joining these areas are in Barracks.

3) Personal attacks, use of racist or hateful language or posts of an offensive nature will not be allowed.

Please understand, we are an adult gaming clan. While this means we are generally mature, this also means that you may occasionally hear things on Teamspeak, or read things on our boards of an adult nature. This also applies to the occasional use of profanity. We respect the beliefs and views of our members. However, we ask that you respect the fact that we allow many individuals with varied backgrounds into our membership. If this is something you foresee a problem with, please feel free to decline our invitation to join, or speak with a senior member prior to joining
